wait 2 or 3 days at least i had a cheat day last week and i gained around 4-5 pounds in 1 day and the next day it doesn't come off , just be patient for your real weight after over eating , 3 days after i get back to my real weight with only 1-2 pound gained

I’ve started back to the gym as well as finding my maintenance number. Ups and downs don’t bother me right now :).
