Struggling to get enough calories in and still eat healthy. Trying to eat all the things I'm supposed to for this baby (increased dairy and whole grains are my main target) but I get so full after eating small meals and then stay full so I don't have the desire to snack. When I do snack it tends to be low cal because I'm trying to get extra fruits and vegetables in then. Ugh, need to find a way to eat more without making me even more full and uncomfortable than I already feel!
