Haven't kept track of my weight for a while now, but it can't be good. I was completely out of control for the past week or so. Tomorrow is a new week though, and I will pick up the pace again. Training harder, eating cleaner, nourishing my body and drinking my water. All my hard work will not go to waste. I refuse to let that happen. I will do a weigh in tomorrow. I'm hoping for the best, but definitely expecting the worst.

Can't be worse than mine! Also didnt have a good week at all. Was at my lowest for this year on Thursday but had to go into Theatre and have anesthesia for a procedure. This morning I weighed 2,5 kg more than Thursday morning!! And I hardly ate on Thursday as you are not aloud any solids and liquids 8 and 6 hours before procedure. Constipated since then. NO idea where all that weight gain came from. Didn't even have a hot cross bun or an Easter egg 😔 But after what I saw this morning I don't even want to get near a scale tomorrow 😩

Don't be too hard on yourself. Today is Monday and the start of a new week. You're going to do great this week and drop alllllll the weight that you gained x
