Haven't kept track of my weight for a while now, but it can't be good. I was completely out of control for the past week or so. Tomorrow is a new week though, and I will pick up the pace again. Training harder, eating cleaner, nourishing my body and drinking my water. All my hard work will not go to waste. I refuse to let that happen. I will do a weigh in tomorrow. I'm hoping for the best, but definitely expecting the worst.
