Two days of beautiful weather and no better time to take a walk. I did; and I have to admit I feel better physically and mentally. The only drawback are the gnats and I forgot about those when I heard the cardinals. My dislike of the treadmill was my weak excuse for not walking - like someone told me I couldn't go out.

I didn't walk as far today as I did yesterday only because I could feel my leg getting ready to cramp. That'll teach me not to properly stretch. I'll have to go back out this afternoon.
