Ok, so I am recording quite a gain today and I don't want to have to do this again so back on track it is. The holiday is over and my birthday is in 6 days. I will not be at the 190lbs that I had hoped for but I will get as close as I can. I would just lke to be back in ONEDERLAND if nothing else. I can do this and I will because I am worth it. I have to remember that.
Time to eat healthy and get back in the gym.
