❤️❤️ I do totally believe a deficit is the biggest thing for sure and I love my woe too. It’s like each pregnancy all my kids stood up 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😂 and my last was 9.5 pounds 21 inches a week early. So you know.... low belly fat and hang. That’s the part I really worry about. I don’t want a permanent fupa 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😂😩
