I loved your story and success from the beginning. Hormones and stress suck. I will tell you I still kept watching and you taught me about a calorie deficit and it’s total facts. I do that but still do Mediterranean/ Keto but I stay in a weekly deficit while realizing I have to make actual foods.

I don’t think you’re against Keto. I think maybe for people in the 2-3-4 hundred pounds mark want to be like you but also need to find what works for them. I remember being new and my head spun!! Like ok what the hell do I do now?? But I did a little of everything and did a deficit and focused on it daily when realistically it could be a deficit for the week. You worked your ass off to get to maintenance. I think you’re before and after posts are helpful. Sometimes, for those just starting, hot Cheetos and double burgers with bun and fries are like whaaat?? Keep posting what you have gone through. It will give those of us far from maintenance hope.

Sometimes people are insulin resistant and type 1 diabetic and their bodies don’t do well with carbs. But it’s most helpful for type II diabetics.

But I don’t knock the hot Cheetos or double burger with bun either because you know what you’re doing and worked towards a healthy lifestyle and balance 😊😊 BTW have you tried the hot funions🤗😋
