Decided to try a Keto meal then hubby brought out the baked potatoes. Thought hey I can still do this and just eat half the potato. Nope, 30g of carbs in one meal. BUT I did like the lettuce wrapped burger. Would’ve been better with cheese and slathered in steak sauce lol. For some reason I’m feeling ill and I keep wanting to eat. Assuming it’s my body telling me that if I put something in my belly then I’ll feel better. It’s not happening. Time for jaw breakers to make me think I’m eating but not actually eating much.
