well finally brought closure to that old work thing that was stressing me out. it went a lot better than i thought, and didn't appear to be any hard feelings. which i'm glad about. even though i really needed to do what i did, i couldn't help but feel sad about it too - i really liked working there when i was there, and they were friends - which makes the business bit so much harder.

anyway, had a great time seeing my best friend up in seattle. albeit for only 14 hours and a good 7 of them sleeping. ha. i was a bit of a bad girl and did eat 2 thin slices of bread, but those were pretty much my only carbs of the day and i didn't go over too badly. the rest of the week, i'm planning on being spot on. and then am going to try moving to OWL next week and perhaps adding nuts into my diet. i need to do some reading up on the process. i am a little bit bored and struggling often to get as many calories as i think i should. i also want to increase my activity levels, but am wary of doing so, since it will mean an increase in calories. it's a bit of an experiment - we shall find out! 19 days til the beach, and even fewer until i go home... the idea of a bathing suit still terrifies me. ugh, i am putting that off as long as possible.
