Yes I am thanks! I think it was because of my meds. I normally need to eat with them but the last few weeks I haven’t been and have been fine. I did have Greek yogurt first so maybe that messed with the meds. I’m hungry. Not scarf down a candy bar then raid the fridge hungry, but more of a ‘I will need something before bed or I’ll end up scarfing the candy bar and raiding the fridge in an hour or two’ hungry lol. Working out usually has me starving but today I’m ‘blah’. Hungry but don’t know what to get or what to eat. Counselor says it’s a depressive cycle when I get like this. 🤷‍♀️I’ve done it off and on for decades. Probably one reason I was thin as a kid. Didn’t know what I wanted and too lazy to go look for something lol.
