left over pork loin, that was smoked on the grill with broccoli & alfredo sauce. I am using up the alfredo sauce since I am the only one who likes it in my house ;)
This was from a meal prep I did last week. I go to work really early in the morning, so I don't turn on any lights, just grab and go! So it was "pot luck" for what it was going to be!
