last night's dinner. Leftover veggies that were grilled on Saturday night, simmered in alfredo sauce. Pan fried "naked" Orange Roughy in butter, with a few kalamata olives. Probably one of my favorite fishes, and our new supermarket has an amazing "fresh never frozen" fish selection. Also a tremendous butcher section.
