Making lunch and doing some meal prep. Chicken cooking for tonight, burgers for lunch, enough chicken and steak for fajitas and stir fry plus extra burger and dogs to go with the leftover chicken for lunch tomorrow. Sandwiches for lunch Friday. Meals all prepped for the rest of the weak. I do have to cook the veggies but they are better dressing cooked and immediately served so I’ll wait on those. Hubby cooks most weekends but he’s gone until late Thursday so I may have to cook some this weekend. I just like knowing the next several meals will be much easier since I spent extra time today :).
