Seriously guys, just eating healthy and staying in your calorie limit... It does wonders. Those of you that have kept up with my journey in the last week or so will know that I picked up 1.4 kilos, and now, about four days later, I've dropped 1.1 of those already. Your mindset along with your discipline is the main factors in losing weight. Keep going!
