Meal prepped all week, but missed today. Had to go over all my options at work. So today they had a Carribean restaurant do a "pop up" service at work. I skipped the rice and peas and the sugary sauce. Got the jerk chicken and sauteed cabbage, but could not resist the plantains. I know they are coated in sugar (after telling myself "its really just a bit of banana" lol) I was just gonna have one slice to sort of compliment the spicy chicken, but I ate all 5 slices. I didn't finish the cabbage, because that is more cabbage than a body that will be in polite company should eat in a sitting.
