Looks wonderful. Do you buy zoodles or have a zoodle making machine?(Is that called a spiraler or something?) I should make alfredo sauce. Not doen that for a while. Butter, garlic, cream, cheese????

Hi Liv! I bought these pre-zoodled, but I do have a spiralizer, its pretty easy to use. I just used bertolli alfredo with mushrooms from a jar. But making it from scratch is pretty easy too and less carbs that way! I think the recipe I used (the one time I did it) was butter and cream cooked together, then add the parmesan melted in, so rich!
