So tomorrow will be another day of fasting till dinner time especially because it’s my hubbys birthday and he wants steak and scallops.. I will make a nice tossed salad on the side and then ice cream cake after since that’s what he special requested... I will try and keep my portion small but allow myself a treat. I haven’t been working out like I’ve been wanting to mostly because with work and kids I haven’t really set the time aside to work out. If I can go for a walk at lunch then I feel better at least doing that. Anyways thought I’d jot down my thoughts about tomorrow’s big meal plan at least so I can stick to my diet as usual. It’s tough when birthdays and holidays roll around. I believe that’s what makes or breaks diets.. I’ll try and keep portions reasonable. It’s hard to with scallops because they are so good... especially drenched in butter, salt, and garlic... 😬I will try to be reasonable with the amount of butter I use, maybe use EVOO instead..? Little less salt also.
