Dinner time :) After my salad, and jerk wrap, broccoli was a no go for me lol. Too much food. (Picture cropped the rest of my salad, but I had both sides of my container full of chicken salad) :) My dinner was post workout.

My girlfriend is beginning a lower carb lifestyle, and I'm helping by incorporating more salads. I smashed this salad!! And I can't stand salads lol. The avocado dressing was delicious, the combination of greens and veggies was amazing. I'll add more protein to mine next time and maybe make it into a wrap as well. I needed to grab extra food while on duty because I didn't bring enough with me. Lol.
