All you have to do is mix a cup or can of coconut milk with 2 probiotic capsules (you open them up and por the contents into the milk). Cover with a serviete and elastic band and put somewhere cool and dark. Let it sit for around 2 days, I checked on mine twice a day and mixed it around with a chopstick, don't use metal when making it.
