had a really good day today. first thing I made a platter with eats for tea with some ladies from church...10 am and everyone enjoyed the snacks , I had green tea no sugar or milk...I.F. I had something to eat at 12 then got stuck in to raking and yard work...then washed the car ...lastly I made supper. fit bit tracking over 20000 steps today....feeling like a boss!
