I agree with 08! You have to eat well, drink tons of water & exercise. Your body may be in shock & it's holding on to all it's got! Keep your metabolism going by eating small snacks every 2-3 hours during the day. ===== By the way, thanks for the buddy request! I am originally from Jackson, TN - not far from you!
