You have done so well on your diet. congrats. I hope I can do that good. I have to tell you, 29 was my favorite age. I loved it so much I stayed 29 for 10 years, then my kids remembered I was 29 the year before. LOL, eventually I had to grow up, unfortunately I grew out with it. Now I hope to get back down to my ideal weight. you are doing fantastic. It's encouraging.
