Chicken chimichanga with double rice. Rice wasn’t bad. See the coffee post for my chimichanga experience lol. I shoulda went for fajita style because then the peppers and onions would’ve given it some flavor.

I’m not a fan but need a side dish and beans make me feel ill. For leftovers I took the chicken out of this and mixed it with the rice and cheese sauce. Was better the second time around for sure!
