Hey Raeliss, I took pictures almost every day and I was like, why am I not changing? 2 months down the road I found pic collage and found a way to post pictures side by side that I took from the same spot with the same lighting at the same distance.... I lined them up and looked and I was like, wow! I can see it! Have been on that kick for 5 months now and lost 50 lbs! I hope this inspires you to keep up the healthy lifestyle and just commit to it so I can see your amazing transformation here in a few months!

Thanks so much for the support, Jaime! I saw your pics and they are impressive and inspiring! You look so great, now. I'm glad your self-confidence has returned to you, too - I'm desperately looking for mine! I used to love being on the stage or the centre of attention, and these days I hide away! But slowly, slowly, I'm getting there :)
