Why is it so difficult to keep the momentum going? I'm going to France with my 2yo in 7 weeks time to visit my sister... I would Really like to lose 5kg by the time we leave! Over the last bit of flu, so I should be good to start a light workout & increase week by week... Need to keep focused!
