Good morning! Happy Chinese New Year!
I wish for a better year in the year of the Snake and a farewell to the year of the Dragon! Today is Sunday and I'm feeling 50% better today:) not well enough yet to resume exercise though, maybe tomorrow?? I will drink more water today, feeling dehydrated probably from this nasty virus I'm fighting and caught from my son 3 days ago:(
