Just thought I would post a short note and update the past week. Things are going really well with eating and exercising...I made it to the gym 3x this week and played softball 3 nights this week, so exercise is going great! Eating is good..do wonderful during the day, but then at night I am back to the eat what ever we eat...just can't get that 100% motivation back yet, don't know why! I am very please though with everything else and specially the way I feel. I think getting back in the gym is really helping me! Trying to stay off the scale, but I sneak a peak now and then...it is not moving down, but that is ok, I know muscle weighs more, so it is coo! Well hope you all have a great weekend! Positive thoughts to you all!
