Just had a physical this morning. Blood pressure is still a little elevated, due in no small part to waiting over 45 minutes to getting in to seeing my doctor.
Everything else is normal. Not on the fringes of being normal, but solidly in the normal ranges. Granted, my scale reads about 5 lbs. less than the doctor's (clothes and whatnot), but I am officially I am down 39 lbs. from February.
Would have liked to weighed in lower, but despite a daily pre-morning 2 1/2 mile walk, I gained weight on vacation. I'm just normalizing at this point and should be back to pre-vacay figures in the next week or so...just in time for the start of UConn Football.

Congrats on your WL efforts. I passed though your alma mater's town 2 weeks back on a weekend getaway which involved the Mansfield Drive inn to see hobbs and shaw. We had a great time and it was only 1 hr from my house.

Thanks, Ches. Looking to get full on back in the saddle and to use this morning as motivation to keep going. Not as a finish line or even a "close enough." Doctor is looking at 200 and maintaining there. I'm focused on one step further. No, literally. I want to see 199. With football season fast approaching, along with the Holidays shortly after, I need to refocus on tracking intake.

Hey, Ches - I know it's probably not in your food plan, but did you happen to swing by the UConn Dairy Bar in you adventures through the NE CT woods?
