Changes and tweakings
Since last thursday, my weight has pretty much stalled/gained to 145/146 and i cant seem to make it budge...exploring the reasons:
1) probably due to 1-2 slight cheat days when I nibbled on something later at night (even tho most nights I have now stopped eating by 7 pm) 2) maybe having coffee? 3) maybe water retention due to weight training and more cardio 4) maybe due to having some carbs at all(ocasional falafal, or an apple one day, 3 crackers yesterday etc.)
so, as of today: 1) induction begin: only proteins and veggies; no fruits grains etc. 2) two workouts continue, but ramp it up to sweating a lot, and adding weight training interspersed with cardio 3) more DVD's and classes 4) lots of water 5) no cinnamon/honey water for now
