3 meals today! Plus a float! You can imagine the joy I have in this moment as I realized that yes I did log my nightly candy bar already lol. Was so afraid I was out of calories but nope! I’d forgotten I logged it first thing this morning to be sure I had a light breakfast and lunch. Yay me. I could even have a shake or something too but I don’t need both. Kinda feel glutinous :/. Not really but maybe a tiny bit. Gotta love maintenance and trying to eat just above burn to gain muscle!

You’ll love it! Honestly I started playing with maintenance before I was there. It’s much easier that way. Just a day a week or so where I ate at maintenance just for fun and to give myself a break. I think I started when I had 5-10# left to lose still. You’ll be there before you know it!
