Been Eating right and exercising moderately but in the one week i have worked hard, av gained 0.4Kgs, so Frustrated!!! almost gave up last night but here i go!

You did have a couple of super high caloric days in there. That might play a part in the gain. If exercise is new to you, it could be your muscles retaining water to help them heal (it's temporary). If you had to much salt yesterday, it could be your body retaining water. Stick with it, watch your calories and I bet you have a great loss soon. Don't forget to drink water to flush out sodium.
