Went to the grocery store today and got healthy foods to eat, lots of veggies to crunch on and some apples and fish and boneless skinless chicken breasts now I am looking for good recipies to use with my healthy foods. Baby steps I didnt buy anything sweet except some Jelly beans to nibble on just have to make sure I stay within the serving size of 37 jelly beans, thats a lot of beans and it gives me the sweet treat that I crave sometimes.
