I finally started exercising this week (Sunday). Just walking on the treadmill for starters. Thirty minute walk and notched 2.5 km four days ago on day 1. Today hit 2.8 km. So far so good. Disclaimer: I'm not one of those people who love the gym. But I get that I have to do it, esp, for health reasons.

You are putting in the effort.That’s what counts. When your weight starts dropping. You will slowly increase your speed. Soon You will start to run on the treadmill. Baby steps. If you keep pushing better habits. Soon you will learn to love them.
