I am so sorry to hear that. I cant think of any resources right now, but i will do some research. My aunt is a breast cancer survivor and she may have some info. The no insursnce thing is not cool. Do you have medicaid or medicare in CA? There is no way we can let this go...lumps in both breasts? No, there has to be some assistance somewhere to help you. I am sure if we all put our heads together we will find something.

This CANNOT wait. If you have no luck in contacting any of those mentioned - please email ME. I will continue to help you. Seriously - this CANNOT wait. NOT another day. Make the phone calls. BTW - what is your county and zip code...I will keep searching too. Also, a different article suggested contacting your local radiology centers where they are regularly performed, hospital or otherwise, to ask if they have any FREE screening programs...have you been able to do that as well ??? Keep me posted. LOVE.

so sorry Kimm, we have a low cost option in our local hospital (has a bus that parks in different areas, but it is just local to this area in Florida. I'm sending postive energy your way and will ask around if anyone here knows more options. I also don't have insurance and it is a scarey thought, but just can't afford it.  

I`m not sorry Kimm, I am enraged. We up here in Canada take it for granted that no matter what, when you have a health issue, it will be dealt with. If not you go to the media and call out the government, health unit, whatever, and immediately there is a turn back and action is taken. I hear it through your words that you are getting tired of the battle. Please, get mad again, rear up and fight. Do not let a flawed system dictate your fate. This just cannot be. Please, go to the media, tell your whole story, get the people behind you, not a heartless system that counts you only as a number. I swear, now I know where the expression going postal came from. Kimm, I'm so sorry this is happening to you. Have you tried Lance Armstrong or Susan Korman Foundation? I'll also do some research. Love and prayers to you. 

I am so sorry for what you are going through. Five months ago my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 and she underwent extensive surgery. I really wish you get help soon and it is nothing but a benign lump. God help you, ameen.
