so far walked every morning this week. Has been a better week at work so have been doing errands etc after work to catch up. Will go to the community center gym after work today for at least 1/2 hour. Ordered a dance exercise dvd set that I should have by this weekend. Figure the dancing one would help me stay on track. Having trouble following the yoga poses. will try again tommorrow
