Earthlady's Notizen, 12 Mrz 13

Down 1100 gr today, back to 56.6, so the excess is gone after a day sticking to the "fast" - super low calorie day of two small meals. I'm really pleased about that, not only because I'm back on track but because it's an indicator that the eating plan is working overall and my body is working efficiently.

I was afraid the fast would be more difficult after a day of over-indulgence and salty snacking, but it was fine. I seem to be able to get into the "fast" mindset and not think about evening snacks or extra food, even though I usually sit in the kitchen in the evenings! That's where I do my schoolwork, watch TV, everything really.

Taking baby kitty (9 months) to the vet today to have his masculinity dealt with! Poor thing, he's so hungry and doesn't understand why I'm not feeding him :(
