Im the biggest I've ever been. I quit smoking the end of January 2013, and have slowly increased in girth. I can feel my weight being a burden on my health now. The swelling is getting worse, my breathing feels labored, I have no energy or desire to do anything. I feel like its a black hole that I cant escape. The bigger I get, the less I try. I have an easier time refusing food altogether than I do of eating just a little and stopping. The winter months have taken a toll on me, I become addicted to facebook games and watching TV, never cleaning house or going outside. Its a dangerous slump to remain in, and Im afraid of what I may become if I dont change my habits. I hope that summer brings me out of my routine enuff to break this cycle I've been in. I love to garden and mow grass.... so fingers crossed, maybe this will be the year I can finaly hit my goal weight.
