Feeling really good...sticking to the plan and way under my allotment of calories..not feeling overly hungry either. I learned sumthin today tho...never take in a protein shake prior to working out(especially cardio) cuz it might just come back up...oooops...lesson learned and note taken ...LOL. I am really hoping that the work I put into this week of P90X..will give me at least a 2 lb weight loss...keeping my fingers crossed !!

Hey miss thang! Keep up the great work, i will be seeking more tips and tricks, i think after i get through this first 90 day challenge of my own i will be rocking out to the P90X and make it past day 4! haha. have a healthy day!

Thanks gurl..I know u can ROK out the P90X past day 4..HAHA..but when I just started over again(9 days ago) ..I was really hurtn after Plyo day 2 ...and almost quit and then went 2 my facebook acct., took 1 look at the gurls in my 20 year(yes I said 20)H.S. reunion pics and got right back at it ..sore muscles and all..realized that I didn't want to gain that weight that I saw on them.I had 2 push..those gurls that I went to school with are at least 30-50 lbs. heavier than I have ever been and back in H.S. they were 120-130 lbs..athletic as hell..I couldn't believe it..so that is what motivated me. So whatever works 4 u .. let that be ur motivation 2 stick with it..I hope u have a very healthy and happy day too ! ;)
