well, I survived a week of vacation with my husband home all week. He lost, of course, but I remained the same by the end of the week. The calories add up no matter what. I am going on another vacation next Sunday to visit my daughter in Santa Rosa, CA. She has been losing weight so she can have a good time with me. I better be good this week! Life is good but I am so tired. luv, mary

Staying the same during a vacation time is great!! Sounds like you still made good enough choices, and that's excellent your daughter is in on this too!

Vacations are always tough. Hang in there! Stay with it, and the scale will show it eventually. Have a wonderful time in CA!
