Earthlady's Notizen, 27 Mrz 13

Up again today although I've had a bathroom visit since I weighed myself on waking that probably accounts for at least half of the gain! ToM/PMT probably accounts for the other half.

Planning to keep it fairly low today 900-1000 and extra low tomorrow for fast day. I'm working away at the weekend so I won't have my usual choices and I'd like to pre-empt any problems by having a few calories in hand.
