well I guess I didn't do bad at all yesterday :) .. and it looks like I need to set a new goal weight.... I'm so excited...I will wait till I hit my goal before seeing a new one... there are many a slip between a cup and a lip.... I would have never have thought that I would have come so far so fast...I never realized how many carbs I was eating before... I've done many diets and weight watchers many many times but none of them say... don't eat over 150 carbs a day... it sounds so simple... as yesterday a was in Shaw's supermarket for over an hour looking at the carb content of everything lol... I never would have guessed that cereal had so many freaking carbs...30 to 50 in almost all of them... cereal used to be my go to thing... and come on... we all know no one wants a "serving size" of cereal..I was probably eating 2 to 3 servings just before bed... that's more carbs then I eat all day now...I am grateful to fat secret... where have you been all my life... thanks to my fellow carb slinger for showing this to me and helping me with my journey :)
