Anxiety and depression suck. I’ve started noticing a pattern. On good upbeat days I want to eat more. Haven’t had many of those lately. On low days like today, I don’t want to eat anything. On super low days I want to munch all day but thankfully not that low yet. Close but not quite.

Counseling Wednesday so hoping that helps. Get to ask about medicine changes on the 11th. The refused to make me an earlier appointment or discuss it further until the 11th. Grrr.

May be another two candy bar night to get kcal in. Or chips and cheese. Know I’ll need a shake as protein was low today. Maybe two. Guess I’d better get started at bedtime is coming soon!

Wish the 11th would come faster! Please keep some healthy snacks around...if you don't feel like cooking then you have something good to munch on. When you are sad, it is easy to forget to eat well. Take care!!!! :)

Thanks guys! Unfortunately I have nice choice but to cook once a day for dinner. Kids gotta eat! Lunch is usually a sandwich because it’s fast and easy.

I’ve got to ‘find my voice’ and insist on a change and to stop the one. Don’t need an antipsychotic for mania if the test showed I’m not bipolar. A little pissed they let me believe the 10 min test was a true test. Or the 8 questions I answer monthly. The real test took an hour and a half with talking to the lady and hearing partial results.

I have certainly had low days due to depression. I found half a sweet potato and 1/2 to 1 cup of rice went down well without my body rejecting it. Healthy option to candy bars.

Thanks everyone. This is just part of my major depressive disorder and general anxiety. I have anxiety over the simplest things anymore. I mean come on, who gets anxiety over doing the dishes?? Or trying to clean? Watching tv is the ONLY thing that doesn’t cause too much anxiety. Well talking to hubby is fine, but he has a job so can’t entertain me and we only have so much to talk about. I just need a medication adjustment I think. And a different anxiety pill.
