Maybe, one of the hardest things to do is lose weight.... “ I know”. I’m going through this every day..... when your folks say something about you staying on the diet. think of it as they want to help you....and see you succeed , sometimes what they say and the way they say it hurts your feelings Move on stay strong.... you can do this.....

Yeah you are right and the thing everybody especially my family addicted with my weight and weightloss like always asking dont give up dont you wanna beautiful,everybody see your result if you gain again you are such a shame etc. that make me sick.I dont losimg weight for anyone Im just losing for myself they dont get that.

Even though your family is going about it the wrong way, they are concerned because they love you and they want the best for you. Could you sit down with your family and tell them how it makes you feel when they tell you these things? Perhaps you could tell them what they could do to help you on your journey.
