Bread, bread, bread and no fruit or vegetables to speak of! Two days away from home and all pastry or dough-based snacks and lunches provided. I'm doing my best but it's not easy as I am conducting two full days of training and it's hard to get out. I dread to think what the scales will say is the morning.
On the plus side, I am drinking loads of water and walking the three miles between my accommodation and the training venue.
I just haven't recorded anything in my food diary as it's too depressing!
