I had a down day yesterday, went for college interview, the interviewer kept on about my age and what at MY AGE the course could do for me or I can achieve in the course. I've never worried about my age before, as I really do believe age is only a umber, I'm very young in spirit even most of my friends in early 30's to just 40's. I'm suppose to know later today if I have a place. To be honest I'll be devasted if I dont get it, I've worked very hard in college for the last 4yrs to get to do this course and it seems that straight A's in most of my subjects in all exams means nothing, its how I FIT IN with other class members matters.
I'm on site early to try and really start eating healthy. My Food today will be----
BREAKFAST
Porridge (made with water, sweetener) 2 glass's of water Herbal Tea
LUNCH
SLIMFAST SHAKE, 2 glass's water
SNACK
1 low fat yougrt with whisked fruit
DINNER
Roast Chicken, salad, 1 baked potatoe. 2 warm glass's water with lemon
SNACK
Night time treat, before 9pm. 1 health bar,
I'm goimh to try not eat after 9pm this week and next week 8.30 pm. I know a lot of people think this is to late but I want this healthy eating is a life plan and some nights I'll try not eat after 7pm.
Thats my plan today, I need to get my food stuctured especially today waiting on the letterfrom college.
