Just found this website today and plan to work hard on getting the weight off. For exercise I have been using the eliptical machine for 30 minutes in the morning but I still have trouble with eating too much at dinner. Breakfast and lunch aren't too difficult since I'm in a controlled environment (I only eat what I bring). I need to watch carbs and fat since I'm a diabetic that had a bout with pancreatitis. Plus my triglycerides are elevated...not good!! I love most fruits and eat at least 3 servings a day. Need a little help with vegetables. Baked goods are one of my biggest downfalls. I have very little willpower when it comes to breads. Pasta is another love that needs to be watched. So, other than all the above, I'm in great health!
