Gym day whoohoo. Now to eat junk food all night. Here’s to another 2400 ish day!

Very little lightheadedness. I went hungry, didn’t drink a bottle of water first, drank less at the gym and did my best to push air out/in as I’m supposed to. Not sure if it helped the workouts and more weights on some but I think it helped the lightheadedness. No spots!! Only one dizzy spell but I moved too fast. Took it slower mostly on getting up.

Deadlifts: 105 warmups, 155 regular
Bent over rows; 85 (normally 105 but I can’t get full range of motion and I did with the 85)
Curls: EZ bar #??? Plus 30
One arm db rows: 20’s
Rows: 90,90,120
Incline pull: 90,80
Gut buster: 90,80,80
Chair leg raise things: 12-10-10 reps
Cable crunches: 62.5,62.5, 70

Not great but one of my better workouts. Anyone know what the normal EZ curl bar weighs? Ours weighs 20 I think.
