hello fat secret I have missed you... trying to do this without you had been tough...I am thankful for this app and I pray I use it everyday to help me with my health goals...I am excited as to the possibility of seeing two hundred and teen anything.... it has been a long time... actually thinking positive about being 100 anything for only like the third time in my life :) I don't want to get a head of myself... let's get to the teens first... but if you would have told me 5 months ago that I was thinking of being 100 anything I would have thought... ya right in your dreams... but it's so close...I want it so bad.. so I'm back !!! after a brief hiatus from the holidays

@Keyten, idk if you knew, but you and I have that in common - no more Metformin. However, my dear mother is taking it and has been since I was young. I encourage her to eat more protein because a lot of her meals are 98% carbs. Anyway, she battles her A1C number but every single morning is a handful off cookies and her coffee for breakfast. I suggested that she could help the numbers she's worried about if she limited her sweets....just 2 cookies and some eggs or yogurt, nuts...etc... her answer was "I take a pill for that". I know she was joking, but I hate that mentality. Its no joke!
