I recorded my "gain." Which I'm sure isn't a "gain" at all. I went to yoga for the first time in I don't know how long, and I'm sure that my muscles are just retaining water from the usage that they aren't used to.
I'm going to start tapering off with writing journal entries. I haven't felt "supported" lately. There are a few of you buddies that make it a point to come and check in on me and I appreciate that wholly, and one kind word does make the day seem better. But, I don't know, I'll continue logging food and stuff, but sometimes, especially at the end of one's journey (journey of weight loss, I'm about to embark on the journey of maintenance.) support is just as important as it was in the beginning.
In other news, I'm planning a "girls night," just some dancing and fun times. Probably some drinks, but I'm not going to get too crazy and I'm planning on dancing my butt off, to work off whatever I can!
