I did really horribly this week and gained 4 pounds. I was afraid to get on the scale, but I decided to come to terms with it. After all, if I don't know how I'm doing it will just push me into a cycle of eating and eating and eating without weighing myself to see how much damage I've done. Luckily, 4 pounds isn't all THAT bad, and although I'm disappointed in myself, I'm making moves to improve and do even better.
